Bouncercise is a trampoline based exercise class like nothing you will have tried before...
The class is run on 3 FULL SIZE trampolines! It uses basic but progressive exercises to help improve your balance, core strength and aerobic fitness, and all this in just half an hour!
We have been running for a year now, and are just finishing up for Christmas next week, but we are on the look out for new members in the New Year!

NO TRAMPOLINING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, just a willingness to try something new, have some fun and make some new friends!
